 Power down for SVS Powering Down or getting naked for SVS prep is a way to reduce the state power level during Stat vs. state matchmaking. This artificially reduces your score and ensures we have a better contestant in State vs. state. The power-down process is simple in that it requires lowering your power level while removing your Heroe's armor and leaving the drill camp. This will reset the hero to level one and return 100% of the experience you have used on them.  Once matchmaking is over, you level your heroes back up and put their gear on.
